We’re a family business of highly experienced landscape designers based in Perth who turn dream gardens into reality.
Our roots
Gardens Galore is a garden landscaping company based in Perth and was formed in 1997 by Jim Byiers and his son Jamie.
Jim’s background was in the construction industry but he always had a keen interest in gardens. With Jamie having studied landscaping, it was just a matter of time before they started their own business incorporating all of these elements – Gardens Galore being the result.
Scott Byiers joined the family business in 2003 bringing valuable expertise from the joinery trade.
From small beginnings, with an old family estate car and tools borrowed from the shed, the company has continued to grow to become specialists with an in-depth knowledge of garden design and all aspects of garden landscaping.
The original vision has never changed though – Gardens Galore focus on providing quality of workmanship and materials, efficiency and excellent customer service.
Jamie now heads up the business, closely backed by Scott and a dedicated team of 7.
Jim’s role nowadays is one of mentoring and support and whilst not everyone bears the family name, everyone is very much part of this growing family.
We have had extensive terracing work done at the front of our house. From the outset the ideas suggested were practical, visually appealing and imaginative. The materials used were totally in keeping with our house and surroundings. The extensive work subsequently carried out was of the highest standard, completed on time and within budget.
