Extensive Landscaping - Perth

Our clients asked us to upgrade the driveway at the front of the property and landscape the rear garden, to complement this large traditionally built property.

The client's brief for the front of the property was for a smart new entrance with a new driveway and turfing.

At the rear, the garden was mainly laid in turf and was looking a little tired. We were asked to provide new paving, raised planters and a large decking area for seating and entertaining.

A new driveway was constructed using tegula harvest block pavers. Walls were rebuilt to create new borders and fresh turf was laid.

At the rear, curved anstone raised planters with sandstone copings were created to add height and interest, along with curved borders and shaped lawn.

The existing patio was replaced with smart sandstone paving to run alongside the planter.

A large softwood deck with inset lighting was constructed in the corner of the garden and the old fencing was replaced throughout the garden.

Completed Project

The new driveway, borders and lawn really smartened the entrance whilst the choice of materials complemented the property perfectly.

The new pergola with wrought iron gate and panels makes a charming entrance and gives a preview of the garden that lies beyond.

The large winding planter draws the eye though the space whilst all the curves add interest.

Clever planting throughout will provide texture and colour throughout the seasons.

Client testimonial

"The service we have received from Gardens Galore has been exceptional, right through from the initial planning consultation to completion of the project. They were very considerate, not only to our needs, but those of our neighbours, informing them of the planned work and timescales. As project manager, Jamie was in regular contact and always available, ensuring we were kept up to date with any developments, including visiting the site if necessary to discuss any changes or queries to the original plans. All members of the team were friendly, efficient and the quality of workmanship has been first class.  We are delighted with the results and will be able to enjoy spending time in our garden now. We would highly recommend Gardens Galore to anyone embarking on any garden projects."
